• 150 g. Tuna packed in oil
• 50 g. Butter
• 50 g. Flour
• 1 1/2 Cups Milk
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 1 Tbs. Parsley, finely chopped
• 1 Egg, beaten
• Fine bread crumbs
• Oil or lard for frying
