Potato Gnocchi with Porcini Mushroom and Sausage

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Russet Potatoes
  • Flour
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 6 oz. Sweet Italian Sausage
  • 1 oz. Dried Porcini Mushrooms
  • 1 Tbs. Finely chopped shallot
  • 1/4 cup Dry White Wine
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • Salt, Pepper, Peperoncini, Parsley
  • Olive Oil
